In the unlikely event, you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all non-custom domestic orders (custom orders include engagement rings, special ring sizes if the ring comes in one standard size, any special sizing of necklaces and engraved items, certain collections etc. these are not eligible for return). Made-to-order items are clearly labeled on the website, as well, and are also not eligible for return.

Lumije reserves the right refuse the returned item if any of the below conditions are not met, and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Please send your item back with all tags attached. The item can not be altered in anyway and must be brand new and unworn.
Please follow the below instructions:
- Go to our self-service portal link and access your order by entering your order number and email address.
- If the portal does not allow you to initiate the return this is probably because your item is not eligible for return (it is a custom-made or made-to-order item). If this is not the case, please email us at email@example.com so we can help you.
- You will receive an email with a link to print your pre-paid FedEx label.
- All returns must be scanned at a FedEx location within 7 days of receiving your label.
- Please return the item in a medium FedEx box with all the packaging that came with your item.
- Bring to a FedEx location as your package must be scanned and collect your drop-off receipt (we do not accept returns via a FedEx drop box)
- Once received, our returns department will inspect your return within 5 business days and if approved, your refund will be processed (please allow up to 5 business days to see this in your account)
- Refunds will be made in the original form of payment If you paid via Shop Pay, we will refund the money to Shop Pay and they will in turn issue you a refund of your initial payment(s).
