Our refund policy allows items to be returned 14-days from the time of of receipt for a full refund.  Holiday return policy is 30-days.


Made-to-Order items (which include different than standard size rings (size 7 is standard), engagement rings, and various other items clearly labeled on the website are not eligible for return or refund. All in-stock standard items are eligible for 14-day refund, as long as they are undamaged.

To help your return go smoothly:

We inspect every item very carefully before we ship it to you to make sure it is in pristine condition.  So if you must return an item, please try to return it in the same condition.  We also ask you to return it in the original packaging (and if it came with a certificate), please return the certificate, as well.  

To start a return, you can contact us at and we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Once we receive your item, we will refund your purchase.  Provided the piece is not damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
