Our regular* refund policy allows items to returned 14-days policy from the time you receive your item for a full refund.  Additionally, also you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or store credit. 

PLEASE NOTE: Made-to-order items such as diamond studs, eternity bands, tennis bracelets, special size rings and certain specified items are not eligible for a refund.  However, if these items are returned within 30-days of receipt, they are eligible for a store credit.  

All engagement rings are custom-made and are therefore not eligible for return.

*However, for the Holidays our return/refund policy will be extended.  Items ordered on between November 1st and December 16th can be returned for a full refund if return process is initiated by January 10th.  

To help your return go smoothly:

We inspect every item very carefully before we ship it to you to make sure it is in pristine condition.  So if you must return an item, please try to return it in the same condition.  We also ask you to return it in the original packaging (and if it came with a certificate), please return the certificate, as well.  

To start a return, you can contact us at and we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on  where to send your package. Once we receive your item, we will refund your purchase (if it is within 14 days) or issue a store credit or provide an exchange (if it is within 30 days).  Provided the piece is not damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept Items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
