In the unlikely event, you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all non-custom domestic orders (custom orders include engagement rings, special ring sizes if the ring comes in one standard size, any special sizing of necklaces, engraved items, certain collections and items made with lab-grown diamonds etc.). Items that are not eligible for return or refund are clearly stated on the product detail page of each item.

Step One:

Step Two:

If your item is eligible for return/refund, we will email you a pre-paid return label to ship your item back. The email will also have clear instructions on how to prepare your package for return. We require that this label be scanned no later than (7) days after you receive this pre-paid return label.

Step Three:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the item and process your return. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. If you paid via Shop Pay (or Affirm), we will refund the money to Shop Pay (Affirm) and they will in turn issue you a refund of your initial payment.
